Commercial operations

From the customer to the document

A single path from the customer record to the commercial document, in place of a stack of files finance no longer trusted.

We modeled the commercial record first, then the document, then the permissions around who may issue it and who may see it.

Finance works from one system. The document a customer receives matches the record the company keeps.

Professional services

Templates, parties, and versions brought into one place, so an agreement is no longer a file in a private inbox.

We treated the contract as a product surface: its structure, its language, and the moment it is signed.

Operations can see which agreements are in force. New agreements start from a governed original.

Multi-entity business

A company active in more than one market needed the center to stay coherent as the edges multiplied.

We separated organizational structure from the daily commercial act, so a new branch is a configuration, not a new system.

Leadership reads the company as a whole. Teams still work in the context they recognize.
